For my recipe, I decided to make one of these popular “one pot” meals. I love the concept – quick & easy and tasty. This one really appeals to me – lean protein, gluten free pasta (if desired), vegetables and hints of lemon and basil. Yum!
One Pot Chicken & Mushroom Pasta Pick ‘n Save Recipes
Gluten free pasta, chicken, peas, mushrooms, broth, lemon, basil, cream and Parmesan cheese. If you’d prefer, you can use coconut or almond milk in place of the heavy cream.
Combine all the ingredients.
Cook in one pot, stirring occasionally, about 9 minutes.
Stir in cream (or coconut milk for the healthier version) and garnish with Parmesan cheese.
