Tissue Paper Collage Easter Eggs

Make some beautiful Tissue Paper Collage Easter Eggs to decorate the windows for Easter!

Tissue Paper Collage Easter Eggs

  • Egg shapes cut on the Silhouette or by hand.
  • Egg shape placed on Contact Paper.
  • Invite children to decorate the shape with square pieces of tissue paper and circles.
  • Cover with another piece of Contact Paper. Trim around edges and add a yarn loop to hang.

Tissue Paper Collage Easter Eggs are simple enough for the 2-year-olds and it was still enjoyable for my 8-year-old who is on spring break this week.

We are going to do this with transparencies :) I cut out a colored border and a clear egg shape and hot glued the two together. So good! Thanks for sharing.

You can get it at dollar stores (dollar giant) where you find rolls of cupboard sticky liners. Just look for the clear stuff.

What is contact paper and where do I get it?

Leanne, contact paper is a film that is sticky on one side. You put two pieces together to laminate or protect something or in this case create a transparent project. You can get it at Walmart or office places. I'm not sure where you'd find it in Canada... There's patterned sticky paper & there's clear.
