Valentine M&M Brownies
- 3/4 Cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 Cup partially melted salted butter
- 4 Large Eggs
- 2 Cups Sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 Cup Flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 Cup Valentine M&M’s
Other Needed Items
- Non-stick cooking spray
- 9×13 baking pan
- Mixing bowls
- Hand/stand mixer
- Whisk
Preheat your oven to 350° and grease a 9 x 13 baking pan with a non-stick cooking spray. In a large mixing bowl beat your butter and cocoa powder together.
In a separate bowl, whisk your eggs and pour into your chocolate mixture along with your sugar and vanilla extract.
Then mix in your flour and baking powder until you have a thick brownie batter.
Pour your batter into your greased baking pan and evenly sprinkle your M&M’s on top.
Bake for 28-30 minutes, let cool, and cut.
