Our Handprint Heart Valentines for parents this year were made with a heart and poem template found on Mrs. Ricca’s Kindergarten. 
Our version turned out a bit different than shown on her site but I love what the stickers added.
The poem on the back says:
With your two hands you’ve cradled me
and loved me from the start.
So with some paint and my two hands
I’ve made for you a heart.
You can frame it in a picture frame
or hang it by the phone,
You can tuck it in my baby book
to show me when I’ve grown.
Aside from my two handprints
and the memories they’ll provide,
is all the love they hold inside.
