I’ve been looking at my very pretty spring washi tape {from Pick Your Plum a while back} on my desk for a while now, wishing I had time to make something with it.
Washi Tape Easter Eggs
Crafting with my childcare kids is almost as good as making something myself! They loved the tape and appreciated using my special tape. The tape is perfect for egg shapes decorated for Easter. I pulled off long lengths of each pattern and the boys snipped whatever size they wanted from it to put on their egg. Some had enough, some wanted more.
Fine motor skills are strengthened as the children work to pull, tear, stick, and manipulate the tape. It’s trickier than it seems and it’s a skill that needs practice!
