Multicultural Stick Puppets {Diversity}

Here’s some paper doll shapes cut from multicultural colored construction paper. These were cut on a die cut machine but they could also be cut by hand with a pattern similar to this one {super cute ideas there on This Mama Makes Stuff}.  I then cut out faces of children in magazines and glued them on to the cutouts.  Laminated them and then used packing tape to attach a craft stick to the back. I am making some with the kids pictures too. I think they are interesting and the kids will enjoy looking at them. The faces show different kinds of hair and skin. They show kids with glasses and different kinds of expressions. There’s a little boy with a dirty face and two kids sticking out their tongues {colored by Kool-Aid or something}. I can’t wait to see how they will be played with!
