Galaxies Preschool Space Theme Art

After talking about galaxies, and our galaxy, the Milky Way, we painted our own galaxies preschool space theme art. First, we painted with metallic and gray paint.  Then we added silver star stickers and squeezed on glue to glitter our galaxies, representing the billions of stars in a galaxy.

Galaxies Preschool Space Theme Art

Needed:

• black paper
• silver metallic paint
• gray paint
• silver star stickers
• glitter
• glue

Directions:

1. Paint galaxy on paper as desired.
2. Allow to dry.
3. Squeeze on glue.
4. Sprinkle with glitter.
5. Add star stickers.

We have been looking The Universe First Discovery book to learn realistically about the universe. I love these books, I wish I could have them all! The translucent pages are so neat. My book is a slightly different looking version, but it’s probably the same book.
