Our July hot weather is perfect for sampling yummy ice cream treats and that’s exactly what we’ve been doing! What better way to cool down than with Unilever’s six ice cream brands: Fruttare, Magnum Ice Cream , Popsicle, Breyers, Good Humor and Klondike. It was fun to go shopping for ice cream treats – something I don’t do very often. Very appealing with the hot days we’ve been having.

All the brands were easy to find except Good Humor – Walmart had large count boxes, as shown below, but I don’t need 36 pieces for my family (great for a group celebration though)! I did find some YYork Multi-Pack Ice Cream bars. Definitely a hit with our family!

Good Humor York Light Ice Cream Bars

We love these Fruttare Fruit Bars. They are already loved in more than 15 counties around the globe, and recognized as a brand synonymous with a positive outlook on life, is now available for the first time in the United States. We tried the Black Cherry bars. These bars are frozen fruit bars made with real fruit. I definitely want to try the Fruttare Banana and Milk, with creamy milk and sweet, ripe bananas.

Will you believe this…? I’ve never had a Klondike “stickless” ice cream bar…Umm, now I think we’ll be buying Klondike bars! My guys are big fans of Reese’s peanut butter cups, peanut butter in general and when you mix ice cream in, we all agree, these are awesome! This was our favorite of all the treats we sampled.

My guys love it when I have new things for them to try – they’re good sports about me taking their picture too, although I don’t think that’s their favorite part! 🙂

There’s a lot of Popsicle choices out there, I didn’t realize! The iconic Popsicle brand, is a longtime family favorite and are now introducing three delicious new pop varieties, including more unexpected twists from its ice pop-yogurt combination line.

I’m pretty sure my son would have chosen either the Jolly Rancher or Air Heads Popsicle varieties but I wasn’t sure what he’d prefer. We tried the traditional orange/cherry/grape flavors. I didn’t realize until I took this picture that I chose “sugar free” – that works! Another option that’s available from Popsicle! They were perfect for our son who just had oral surgery. Orange & cherry are always favorites here!

I had to try these Magnum Ice Cream . How mini are they? Not so mini! They are just perfect. Rich and satisfying, just enough.

My favorite of all of these? Well that depends on the day, I mean hour?! They’re all great, love them all!
