The new month is already here but with the holidays I’m a little behind posting What’s in the Box? Going on Safari. We’ve done this theme before but it’s been a while so I’m just as excited as my group is about our safari adventure. This post includes everything in the box for the Going on Safari theme from Mother Goose Time preschool curriculum.

Going on Safari Preschool Theme
Pack your bags, put on a hat and get ready for a big adventure to the African grasslands. In the Game Reserve you will see elephants, zebras and maybe even get kissed by a Giraffe. Wow! They have very long tongues. Learn about people who live in the great savannah. Celebrate their art, make necklaces, learn to drum and don’t forget to sleep under a mosquito net! If Africa seems far away, find your own safari in your backyard. Hunt for beetles in the grass, make your own shelter and relax in the shade.https://www.mothergoosetime.com/themes/
There are four teacher guides: Getting Ready for Safari, Wild Safari Animals, Life in the Grasslands, and Backyard Safari.
