One of our make ahead breakfast dishes is baked oatmeal. It has a little protein with the eggs mixed in and it bakes to a custard like consistency. I make it when we have company, especially in the winter. My child care kids really enjoy this baked oatmeal recipe for breakfast or morning snack too.
Make Ahead Baked Oatmeal Recipe
It takes just minutes to mix together and pour into a pan. It’s sweet oatmeal so you might want to use less sugar. This is a keeper of a recipe!
