We made two different styles of candy cane crafts. The little ones enjoyed this tape-resist art version. I taped the candy cane onto the trays so they didn’t slide around when the kids were painting. After they were done, I peeled the tape off, and there was the striped candy cane! We sure like to use masking tape! It’s a great small motor and eye-hand coordination skill developer. Of course, candy canes can be any color! They turned out to be very cute. These are two effortless ways to use the free candy cane printable pattern.
Supplies for Candy Cane Crafts
It would be best to have cardstock paper, masking tape and paint. The snowflake stamps are optional, but they are one of my favorite winter craft items.
