As a member of the Collective Bias® Social Fabric® Community, I made a healthy side dish for Thanksgiving with ingredients from Pick ‘n Save, a Wisconsin grocery store. This shop has been compensated as part of a social shopper amplification for Collective Bias and its advertiser.

Green bean casserole has always been one of my husband’s Thanksgiving favorites but in effort to make a healthier dish, we’ll be making this recipe: Green Bean Almondine with Garlic and Blue Cheese. I bought the ingredients using my Pick ‘n Save Fresh Perks card and I saved $1.00 on crumbled blue cheese.
This recipe is simple but requires roasting the garlic which you should allow an hour for. Certainly try roasting your garlic ahead of time so the dish comes together more quickly. [ultimate-recipe id=3251]
Just before adding the blue cheese and popping in the oven – the blue cheese really makes this recipe!
A flavorful and healthy side dish for Thanksgiving!
Don’t forget to pick up a beautiful bouquet for your Thanksgiving table!
