Moving Water Sensory Play

Moving water sensory play isn’t anything new, but it’s still really fun. Today we played with a variety of medical syringes, droppers, and small amounts of water.

Moving Water Sensory Play

Needed:

• small containers
• syringes -save from pharmacy or buy at a farm supply store
• water droppers
• a small amount of water
• towel to cover table or paper towels

Directions:

Child uses a tool, either a syringe or water dropper, to move water from one container to another.

The 2-year-old came along after a while and said “I try it”.   For sure!
